By Froilan Estrella: I have a question about my cherry tree. First of all, it's a blossoming tree, not a fruit bearing tree. Now, my question is it normal for such a tree to have a trunk that is cracking? It looks like it's healthy otherwise but I did notice earwigs inside the crack so I don't know whether to be concerned or not. Please help! I don't want to lose this beautiful tree.
Answer By The Flower Expert: There is no need to worry about, as the tree horizontally cracks and usually have earwigs.
Earwigs definitely destroy the cherry plant.
