Answer By The Flower Expert: Frangipani, OR plumeria is a tropical flowering shrub, a tender tropical which does not tolerate frost. It goes dormant or become damaged in sustained temperatures below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. It performs well with daytime temperatures above 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
If the temperatures of your place match with the above temperatures, then there is a chance of growing Frangipanis there. If there is frost then they will not survive.

Answer By The Flower Expert: You should not use your predator snails - Rumina decollata, family Subulinidae, at this stage, if the trees are young in age. These predator snails are introduced when the plant or trees get established.
