Updates to Discord’s Policies

Hey!

We wanted to let you know that we're updating our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Paid Services Terms, and Community Guidelines. These updates will support our evolving business, address changes in laws, and provide additional clarity about what we expect from you and what you can expect from us as you use our services.

These changes will take effect on September 29, 2025. Use of our services from that date will be subject to the updated policies.

We encourage you to review the updated documents in full. We've also summarized important changes in our article here. If you disagree with any of the policies, you may terminate your agreement with us at any time by discontinuing use of our services and deleting your Discord account.
